"Accessible Medicine Plus" is an application promoted by the General Council of the Official College of Pharmacists and the ONCE Foundation, and developed by the company ILUNION Accesibilidad. It is a free application that allows users to access up-to-date information on medications by scanning the barcode found on their standard packaging. The application is fully accessible to ensure comprehension regardless of the user's functional diversity. This solution accesses some of the information included in the Health Knowledge Database (hereinafter, BDM) belonging to the General Council of Official Colleges of Pharmacists of Spain and includes search options, an assistant for reading information for patients, and other services of interest to users.
