MCC Public School

MCC Higher Secondary School is a well-established institution situated in the heart of Chennai. It has produced many eminent personalities for the past 183 years.

Many CBSE schools were coming up in the city and many of our parents requested if we could also start a CBSE school. As a result of their request, under the initiative of our Headmaster and the management of the Madras Christian College Association, the MCC PUBLIC SCHOOL came into existence.

MCC Public School was inaugurated by the Chairman of our board, during the month of June 2017. Our school is a part of Madras Christian College Association, a company registered under the Companies Act. It is being led under the able guidance of our Correspondent Dr. G. J. Manohar, who has over 27 years of valuable experience in the field of education, who is also a passionate and a caring teacher, an able administrator who has always been firmly result-oriented with a steady vision.

We also believe in the overall growth of the child and so, provide them with various co-scholastic activities. We have modern infrastructure equipment and specialized training personnel for each sporting activity.

MCC Public School has well-trained teachers who help in the holistic development of the child. The school started off with Junior and Senior Kindergarten, with 41 students. Within a year it has grown till the 5th grade with more than 150 students and still counting. At present, we have around 600 students till Grade XI. MCC Public School is a CBSE Affiliated Senior Secondary School.
