I hate how online services provide the customer number but either it's always busy or invalid number. Moreover I don't see any section for complaint, I could only see feedback section. My payment succeeded from gpay and yet my order was not placed and reflected in basket. Kindly update on if the money deducted will be reverted

Never purchase anything from their online store, take it as an advice I have never experienced a worst customer service. They have no idea what they're doing, take 10-15days for return pickup and another 10days for refund, they won't even update you for days that the return has been successful....seriously the worst customer service ever, I'm so done with max.

Horrible, never go for online shopping through max. 1st order will be deliver nicely and after that they used to send defective products...they used to cheat the customers... I have ordered 1 pinafore dress with solid top and I have not received the top and when I returned it they deducted 250 rupees from me.. This should not be done. Else you replace the same product or you don't deduct any money so that the customer could order a new one of the same price..

Worst app !! I have never faced this issue with any other shopping sites. Delivery people cancelled my items from their end without contacting me. I never received message from them or call from anyone. The contact center is no use as well . Atleast give us the delivery persons details so that we can track them . Useless app.

This is worst app ever It shows wrong product status. I got the dress but its larger than i expected and in the app it doesnt show delivered, now how do i return the product? Even the track order link in their doesnt work, now does it work on website. I need to return this dress ASAP and i cant find any way to do it. Do not use this app, you're gonna get in trouble as the interface is not good.

I am a very regular and keen customer, but I am very disappointed by my last transaction, I had ordered 2 tshirt, on the tracking it was clearly mentioned single package delivery, but when I got the package it had only one tshirt, I contacted the help desk immediately, got a call from one of the executive, I explained my situation to her, she assured me that she will resolve the issue as soon as possible, but till today nothing happened, my order was prepaid.
