Total rubbish, the application crash continuously, or if there is a momentary Wi-Fi disconnection, just stop recording. Instead of just trying to reconnect, it pop a message that the user need to acknowledge to continue... I have been 3 months paying a subscription to catch a guy that has been dumping rubbish in my parking, and every single time it happened, the camera was offline. I hate this application. completely unreliable. I will buy a camera with cloud storage... This is not cheaper, is just a waste of time.

The app serves it purpose however was unable to deactivate account, was told. I didn't one! Once I got a new phone I managed to try and download the app again and there it was... "your subscription" it was under the install button.. Only taken 2 years!!! 🙄

Constantly goes offline, so it's absolutely useless. And good luck canceling if you subscribe. I've so far remained unsuccessful, despite repeated attempts.

There's always something. The app installed very easily. It's clear the company wants you to pay them for their storage. That function could very easily be handled by your own backup site, if you have one. Big problem. Within 15 minutes, my monitor phone shut down because it overheated. The battery was draining exceedingly fast, even though it was plugged in. And when it was monitoring, the screen stayed on. Nothing says, "I'm watching." than a phone sitting there with the screen lit up. I'm going to do some more checking, but this app looks like history

Paid only! This app used to have a free option that gave you minimal saved videos, but now you have to pay to even view what you've recorded. Live feed freezes and goes into standby mode all the time, the whole system just doesn't even work anymore. Not worth it, go with something else, this has just become a cash grab for a service that is now barely functional.

I've been using this app for a security camera in my apartment for a couple of years While the app works great, and the ability to focus on certain zones is good, leaving your device plugged in all day eventually kills it. So far i've had two devices that the batteries eventually failed, where it puffed up really big.... Cracking the screens and ruining the body from the inside. Yes.... I know, use the original chargers. I did. Just beware.

I really find it helpful for recording on detection and that I can watch the videos whenever later, but it frequently has some error on some videos where it can't be downloaded, or it only recorded audio, or it only recorded videos without sound when I have it set to record on motion of both video and sound. But it creates corrupted files at times. Also, almost whenever I open the app it says I have no internet connection when I clearly do and it just pops up a second time when I dismiss it.

I started both mobiles and started one as camera. And the other as viewer. The viewer got error message no camera is installed. The other mobile showed a picture. newstart viewer mobile. the other got recognised. but I couldn't figure out more as a dia show. no chance to geta video running. a lot of things happened. i don't know what and uninstalled it.
