Mandarin IM - is a brand new client to communicate on the ICQ. Now you can be online 24 hours a day, Mandarin will run itself in the background to receive and deliver messages, not consuming the battery of your phone. Communication has never been so reliable. You can type messages to friends, send photos, videos, even if now there is no network. Mandarin himself will deliver them as soon as possible. Forget about disconnections from the network - Mandarin saves the state if the network down, and all your actions carefully preserved and will be executed when network became available. Funny emoticons and user-friendly interface will make your communication more enjoyable!
