Even on OGL lite... Unable to Avail OGL. There is no option for OGL. Only interest pay and partial pay option available. but I can see 17000+ available in my account. It says unable to process every time! Worst app. I have more than 17000 OGL amount

Worst services by the app owners, servers are not at all working all the time. Even the staff at office are least bother and creating problems to customers..... I think this could be their trick or reason to get more intrest from the customers.

Trying to reinstall app as was getting error but unable to install. Even taking ogl is creating error. I tried several times from last 6 days. Very bad performance

Non available renewal and ogl. Plz solve the problem immediately So many costomer suffering this type of issues. When money is needed but app not work. How can costomer get money. Plz take it Manappuram seriously...............

This App not Useful for Customer!! It's take our all Mobile data.. after thta not Support....Very Bad Experience in Mannapuram Finance... Interest Rate is tooo Much... Don't Trust!!! don't trust Adds.... Customer service Care also Worst service... They not Speck Hindi English Kannada language.. both All Spek only Malayalam Language... so long was paying interest easily using my debit card and it was working well and a year back i got new debit card and i pay every other bills and recharges online using my new debit card only but when i try to do payment in this app it doesnt work, whenever i try to pay in the end it shows Error try after sometime, bcos of this i need to go directly to the branch and pay the interest money, even gave a complaint in the branch but they have not taken any step, planning to uninstall the app
