Such a Waste app for consumers where nobody responds to complaints. They have a official section for complaints and nobody has replied instead they automatically state complaint resolved. Customer care numbers are just there but nobody picks the calls. Hier people to get complaints resolved than having a stupid app that is good for nothing. No proper service and system. Waste of time application

Cannot login, says invalid credentials where else the credentials work fine on the website. Poorly developed app. Installed again in new phone, still does not take my credentials and not able to rest password in the app. Uninstalling again may be for ever. Thank you MSEDCL for such a great service.

Worst app developed. Why do you need all these permissions? If you deny, it continuously keeps on popping up to grant necessary permissions. I simply want to login and see my account details, I don't want to use other features. Too bad. Deleted the app within a few minutes of install. Very bad experience.

Tried downloading bill copy...guess wat..app does not support.(earlier there use to be print button on the web site...they depreciate a useful functionality) Tried giving feedback on their site...guess wat...they dont accept feedback(they say thers no network...so leaving feedback here...hoping gov babus may check here...).

The application literally sucks while making payment using UPI. Whenever i do UPI payment after creating payment request in mahavitran app.. the application simply start new payment page even I don't get receipt for my payment.. and it's happening since last oct-2020

This is really a good app that Mahavitaran has developed. Paying bills tracking usage and payments is great convenience in this era when you are doing numerous transactions. The developers should work a little more on payment gateway. When you return page after payment through other apps you have lost the page. This leads to multiple payments at times...

App is good, staff needs to be updated. Despite multiple complaints for Thakurli area, the staff seems to be sleeping or playing around like kids. Power has been cut 6 times in a day. Will they be responsible and pay for damages to our appliances. No, cause they are dumb and won't respect the customer. Pathetic. If any staff is reading this, you can ignore this as usual cause why would you want to work to fix a problem when you can just cut power. Your service in Kalyan Dombivali area is a joke.

Meter reading high units by default wrong calculation due ti faulty speedy Real Time Watch i.e RTC. Despite highlighting this technical issue, no resolution provided by regional office The time dusplayed in meter is 2 hour earlier than the regular time. Paying excess bill since years. Despite same consumption and laod, meter units billing are increasing in stipulated manner every month and year.

Very poor service by maha vitran, once I raise complaint it will not resolve, all recruited people need additional money to resolve problems. However we pay all expenses in every month bill, my complaint doesn't resolve till 45 days, I resolve it with help of private local electrician.

App is ok. But what about complaints response. When you raise a complaint it's not taken care of and your problem is not solved. Please respond to my complaint for excess billing in the month of September and October.
