Description
LUMOS is an app to provide online learning for DCB Bank employees. This app supports a 24x7 learning model. It has convenient and user friendly features for our employees for both online and classroom learning. This app mirrors prominently used social network apps.
Some key features of the app –
· Unique QR code to access this (refer to the LUMOS website)
· It helps employees to self-nominate for programs and keep their supervisors informed
· Provides notifications for upcoming trainings/ e-learning modules
· It helps employees complete Assessments
· Access online training library
· Provide real time feedback for trainer and trainings.
· Submit certificates for external programs
and a lot more….
Further, as trainers of DCB Bank, It helps us save time, to create batches, remind batches, assign assessments, mark training attendance and provide feedback for training.
This app can be used real-time in classroom to take pre and post assessment and helps us GO GREEN as a Bank.
