Mit der Key-App der Luzerner Kantonalbank bestätigen Sie Ihr Login oder Ihre Zahlungen schnell & sicher.

Mit Internetverbindung…
Falls Sie auf Ihrem Smartphone immer eine mobile Internetverbindung haben, können Sie das Verfahren «PushTAN» verwenden. Sie erhalten damit beim Login eine Push-Mitteilung zur Bestätigung.

… und auch ohne Internetverbindung
Als Offline-Variante steht Ihnen in der Key-App «PhotoTAN» zur Verfügung. Die Login- und Transaktionsbestätigungsdaten werden dabei in einem farbigen Mosaik codiert. Dieses muss mit der App fotografiert und der entschlüsselte Sicherheitscode eingegeben werden.

1. Login-Seite auf dem PC öffnen
2. Vertragsnummer und persönliches Passwort eingeben
3. Login anklicken
4. Push-Nachricht auf dem Smartphone öffnen und Login bestätigen

LOGIN IN DIE E-BANKING-APP (App-to-App)
1. E-Banking-App öffnen
2. Vertragsnummer und persönliches Passwort eingeben bzw. Touch ID oder Face ID nutzen
3. Login anklicken
4. Die Key-App öffnet sich automatisch. Darin das Login bestätigen.

SICHERHEIT
Die App erfüllt die höchsten Sicherheitsstandards und übermittelt Daten nur über verschlüsselte Kanäle. Der Geräteschutz schützt die App vor unbefugtem Zugriff – auch bei einem Verlust des Smartphones. Aus Sicherheitsgründen empfehlen wir, die App mit einem gerooteten bzw. einem Gerät mit Jail Break nicht zu verwenden.

Your fastest route to e-banking

With the key app from the Luzerner Kantonalbank, you can confirm your login or payments quickly and securely.

With internet connection ...
If you always have a mobile internet connection on your smartphone, you can use the «PushTAN» method. You will receive a confirmation push message when you log in.

... and even without an internet connection
The “PhotoTAN” key app is available as an offline variant. The login and transaction confirmation data are encoded in a colored mosaic. This must be photographed with the app and the decrypted security code entered.

LOGIN TO E-BANKING
1. Open the login page on the PC
2. Enter contract number and personal password
3. Click on Login
4. Open the push message on the smartphone and confirm login

LOGIN INTO THE E-BANKING APP (App-to-App)
1. Open the e-banking app
2. Enter contract number and personal password or use Touch ID or Face ID
3. Click on Login
4. The key app opens automatically. Confirm the login there.

SAFETY
The app meets the highest security standards and only transmits data via encrypted channels. The device protection protects the app from unauthorized access - even if the smartphone is lost. For security reasons, we recommend not to use the app with a rooted device or a device with jail break.
