App is great. They just don't keep up with it. Store hours are off; says N. Alpharetta store opens at 6am Sunday. Got there at 7:30; sign on door says 8:00am. Now I get to sit and wait for more than 30 minutes. While waiting I checked the status of my pickup order (received email last night so hadn't checked the app) and the status says 8am! Please update store hours on the store selection screen.

I use it to find items in the store. One time the shelf was empty but the app indicated available inventory. With the help of a store associate, we were able to locate the item in an overhead location. It was the difference between being frustrated thinking an item was out of stock and getting what I wanted.

Actually zero stars because it doesn't load. I only get the initial blue screen. At first I thought that I wasn't waiting long enough but 5 minutes later and no change. I even reinstalled it with no success. Completely useless app. I guess that I'll have to shop at Home Depot then.

I haven't been able to add items to the cart, or use "buy now" with the latest update. When adding items to the cart, a message pops up, starting the app is unable to add the items to the cart at this time. When I click the buy now button I get a never ending spinning circle. I found what I'd like to purchase without any problem on the app, but unfortunately, the app won't let me make the purchase.

I have placed quite a few orders recently and every online order they charge you when you place the order, then refund your money, then charge you again when it's actually ready for pickup or delivery and it's such a headache because I have so many charges and reversals for an order and my bank is alerting me of fraud constantly

Never works when you try and manage your Lowe's card. Constantly has error messages and you have to call the bank company who handles the Lowe's cards. I have to sit on hold or deal with the automated system which can take alot of time. For someone like me, who is busy or working during normal business hours, tell me where is the time that I have to sit and wait on a phone call? I want to be able to manage my card quickly and hassle free, that is what you advertised, so disappointing.

Where to start!! App constantly doesn't load when browsing in the app. Gift card doesn't load in my wallet. Many time my internet order goes to the wrong store and shows the right store at checkout. New update now brings me back to the last thing I looked up when searching other departments. I'm a lowes for pros member and has no benefits like home depot app has.

Way to many updates.. seems like every other week it needs an update. And the update doesn't seem to fix anything. The store is always moving merchandise around, so the location in the app is incorrect. SUCKS. -3 REVIEW

Will no longer open for me. I've force stopped it, hard booted my Samsung Galaxy 11 Ultra, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Still just sits on the blue opening page. If I tap the screen a message comes up "We've run into a problem. Please close and reopen the app." That does nothing.

Usually a 4 star app for me but this morning it forced an update before it would run. Now the search function terminates with "oops, something went wrong" or "internal service error". Trying to navigate the shopping menu yields the same result. App is now useless to me. (Lineage OS on Oneplus One)
