Every time I add a product in the basket, I need to scroll back down to where the product was, in order to continue shopping. I can only hope social media apps don't find out about this wonderful "feature".

Terrible app and costumer service. Sometimes the shoppers ask if you want to replace items but most of the time they don't and you end up paying way more for alternatives you didn't want, even if you set the app so the shopper doesn't replace anything. The payment procedure is also confusing and inconvenient for the costumer, you get charged before and after the order and sometimes it takes a while for them to refund your first payment. Complete disrespect of the costumer's time and money.

I tried to order from this company and they have so far changed my delivery time 3 times! They are now saying that instead of delivering my order today (Saturday) that they will be delivering it on Monday. Also if you cancel your order you will not get a refund for 2 to 7 days and it looks like they also keep they fee that charge and only give you back the money for the products. They also do not answer back any of the chats on their app! Beware of this scam! Will edit to tell if I get a refund.

The app should be tested by support before being public. Too much bugs on this app, and for sure, I'm not gonna use my card on it for ordering, like Anca tried and now she's waiting for her money back, or at least her groceries. Anyway. Bugs I've seen: * Turning in spanish language any customer support from app. * Can't thick the term and privacy square, because it takes you to the terms and privacy list :) * After you registered, you'll get an e-mail for setting password, but when you set your password its saying they are haveing some issues and try again later. I've tried a few times at the end, i managed to make an account. Guys, this app should be tested by your support, not by customers.

Awful app and support! I added my card, the amount was withdrawal from my account, but in ths app the "pay" button is still active, as if I didn't pay already. The support doesn't reply and here I am trying for 2 days to place an order, with my money taken but with no product delivered. Definetly will not use this delivery service anymore!

I don't usually rate or review apps but in this case, I have to give this one a 1 star. Placed an order on Saturday and I was told it will arrive in about 2h. It was then changed to Monday even without asking me...They just sent me an email saying that now I'll receive the items 2 days later. As for the User Experience, this is ridiculous and if I knew where, I would definitely report the platform for not providing the users with the option to cancel an order. They take the money even before someone picks up the order and then there's no way to get a refund unless you email them. I placed the order in Bucharest but I will never ever use this app again. Half the website in Romanian, half in Spanish... try and understand something if you can. I used Bringo instead and I got my order delivered in 1h. LolaMarket is a ridiculous service that should stay in Spain if they don't have the resources to expand internationally.

I've found this app very useful during this crisis though the billing method is hella confusing and you have to wait a few days for delivery due to the Covid-19 crisis. However, I find the website and app uncluttered and user-friendly. The shoppers are also punctual, pleasant and have delivered my groceries in good condition so far. More work needed on the billing and customer service response times but kudos for the essential service you're providing.

Lack of customer service support. The app should have an option for non Spanish speakers. Personal Shoppers tried to be on time but lacks communicating when some items were missing. Above all is no explanation regarding reimbursement of products that were not bought. Not so friendly for first time users.

I'm really glad I found the app, been very helpful during the lockdown. Never had any major issues, if any product was missing you can mark them through the app and receive a refund. Shoppers were always friendly and careful. Keep improving, your service is great!

Good, but not so good. It seems they don't have the internal support to run an organized delivery. Product changes, last minute changes in delivery, no explanations given. Too bad this is the only app to shop at Lidl. Won't use it again.
