Description
With the Lidl ID Checker app, you can identify yourself digitally.
Once your contract has been signed (subscription or prepaid) you can carry out a verification of your identity through this application.
Just follow these steps:
- Open the Lidl ID Checker app on your smartphone.
- Scan the QR code you received by e-mail from us (if you open it on a computer) or click on the corresponding link in the e-mail (if you open it on your smartphone).
- Scan your ID document.
Then record a video selfie of your face.
That’s it!
Data protection:
Lidl Connect processes your personal data securely. None of your personal data is stored on your smartphone. The information you enter in the application will only be used to validate your identity document as required by the Swiss law (SPTA 2018).
