It's very problematic not showing status, policy details, premium paid certificate etc. Very less data of pp. Pls kindly upgrade to serve the customer in this pandemic situation. We agents are unable to go to office for several service aspects. Kindly upgrade

it's good but do not permit us to use it in multi device. Here we are bound to use it in a single instrument. Sometime we have a bettery Problem that, we fase this problem. Not only that, OTP which is a link to open Portal ... also we receive late. Intead of time consuming matter like this, Portal to be free to use in multi device.... or by user i'd and password.

It is good but need lots of improvement no overdue policies are shown, loan amount, surrender value,maturity reminder, survival benifit intimation, premium paid certificate is also not displayed with proper information, Many policies are missing in due list /search list too.atleast two months due list should be available on click. We should atleast get proper service if we will serve best then only customer is satisfied .Humble request please work on it I hope u will try ur best

Sorry developer, this app is really worst. While logging in, it says " UNABLE TO CONNECT TO THE NETWORK, PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER " . despite having a very good network. If you can solve this technical glitch, it would be very kind of you.

So many things not showing correctly and completely. Birthday reminder, renewal details, lapsed policy details. Kindly fix this. If we search any things many times details not shwoing even if we put the correct policy number.

Add payment mode . Lic pay direct. Offline plan presentation not added. Add customer cell number & mail id for validation from app. Daily paid customer details. Approximately earned commission for month and fortnight. Offline customer status & lapsing.SB&MC for SMS sending. View with images. Add agent cell number & mail ID for signature for status sending. Current year lapsation. & Total lapsation list in PDF to be added

Need conscious and creative efforts in designing the app. Else it will be one among the numerous useless apps available in playstore. While logging in the OTP will be sent to email. By the time we get the OTP from email, this app will be logged out☹️. Security is a must, I agree that, but needs to be practical.

GST on Insurance is stable since 4 years. Why LIC is not showing Premium Renewal/ Revival not showing including GST in the website/app. This is very big DRAWBACK. manual calculation of GST for the agents is a big task while customer asks his due payment. App doesn't have sufficient features like private apps gives. They are thefting whole lic customer database easily. Is this fine??? 🙄

OTP error. I have changed my password, after that the app is asking to change mpin to login, While trying to change mpin or trying to login using new password and userID, It is asking for OTP but I didn't received any OTP to my email ID, I have tried many a times but not getting OTP...... KINDLY RESOLVE IT, or atleast update the app soI can access using userID and Password.

There are so many things is still not available which agent do . 1. There should be agency year wise policy report present for agent. 2. Proper agent code,code assign date and all agents details should display.
