Description
The professional accountant performs the following tasks and functions:
1- Follow up on debit and credit balances and collect them automatically.
2- Arranging the list of customers and suppliers gradually from largest to smallest or vice versa, either according to the balance or according to the rank of the customer or supplier.
3-Display the collection percentage to the customer and the payment percentage to the supplier.
4-Display the difference and percentage difference between the previous year’s balance and the current balance, whether increased or decreased.
5-Display the difference and percentage difference between the balances of the periods or between the previous and the current month.
6- Do not allow the invoice or voucher number to be repeated for the same customer or for another customer, while allowing this in the accounts of suppliers except for the same supplier.
7-The feature of allowing the accounting process to be completed in the event that the document number is not available through the Other option.
8-The feature of allowing the use of the program with or without specifying the fiscal year.
9- Not allowing the transfer of the transaction if its date is not within the specified fiscal year.
10-Amendment and deletion of operations and modification of their dates during the fiscal year.
11-Preparing detailed and comprehensive reports.
12-Share the ledger across various media.
13- A search function that enables easy and quick access.
14- Export and import the database.
