Allowing the app to access phone calls should be optional. Having it be mandatory really smells fishy. I can pause the game myself if I have to - just by minimizing it. Won't update review any further until this change is made.

Love it except for the very fine and very light (thin) print. Seniors cannot use it and that is descriminatory. If that is fixed my rating would be the max 5 stars

I really like how this app gives you lots of options for how you practice. And I like how the vocabulary is categorized by level and topic. I would also like the option to divide the first 500 words even further, however, because when I first start learning vocabulary, I don't feel the need to know words like "research, identify, user, etc. before I learn more basic words. Also, for the exercises where you spell out and select the words, the letter and word buttons could be bigger.

love it so far. its compleatly free. you can select the level that you want to study. so it's not only for beginners, if you already now and you want to increase or master your vocabulary you cand do it. and if you don know at all it no gonna ask you difficult stuff. also creates a daily study plan. and when you are learning it tells you the words quickly 2 time and then it ask you what you just learned. It uses audio, images, spelling, multiple-choice and more. you will never get bored

So far I feel that this app is good for expanding recognition of vocabulary, but I don't get the sense that it will help with my production of the words, particularly in speaking. I like that has words sorted by frequency, so it can work for beginners or advanced learners wanting to improve their vocab. It is nice that it presents the words quickly, so I don't feel like I'm wasting too much time as is often the case with other language learning apps. I'll keep using it for awhile and see..

I enjoy the fast pace of the vocabulary, and i really appreciate the sources the app gives for all the information about their tactics, but i do think that the instant starting of the vocab is quite jarring. As soon as you open the app it begins, and it does the same if you click off of a different section in the app as well. It would be much easier and less frustrating to navigate the app if there was some sort of landing page.

I enjoyed this a great deal, with some minor complaints (why so many different voices of such varying quality?) until it hung downloading a new course, and now it only opens to a white screen and does nothing. Will have to reinstall and hope for the best.
