The device does not connect to my strong home wifi signal. The other helpful review posted as top was right on. Not worth your time. Free for me as my home insurance company paid for it but you should know better where your insurance company gets the money.

Great knowledgeable representatives that are there to assist with getting you setup! Meka and Brandy go above and beyond to help get people connected! This Device is essential to have in your home!

Could not set up. Would not get past wifi connection. tried numerous times with different wifi routers. samsung note 9

Disappointing update. The new usage displays are much more crude and it's less easy to see what's happening on individual days. On the plus side, if you have more than one device (e.g. Two different properties) you can now switch from one to the other without exiting the app in between.

Scam. Have changed from the house insurance company that sent me this. Have disconnected it from water pipe for months now but left the app running to see what would happen. It tells me my highest water usage is on Mondays, all working normal and main water usage between 6 and 12.

Ta p dripped they came and fixed it. Other taos now drip but it dies not pick them up. Some days it says you use water when you are not there and some days there us no water used when you are there. The daily records don't match the week records.
Martin Gaffney
Worthless - catastrophic leak emptied entire heating system onto kitchen floor. Not a murmur from Leakbot.

App needs to be updated, doesn't work with Google Pixel 6

Installation was a hassle! I tried the Android app with a Samsung S10 but failed. I guess the app has issues switching connection to the bot. Got it working by using an Ipad (which asks to connect to the bot). After the setup I am able to use the Android app. The devs needs to look into the Android version and provide better troubleshooting on website.

Unlike a lot of users, I did get the thing to connect! But the app is really not very good. There is not enough explanations for any of the (very limited) information and functions for the app to become useful. I suppose all you can do is trust the device to do its thing, get rid of the app, and then wait for e-mail notifications for leaks. The app really doesn't add anything to that as far as I comprehend it.
