Description
Línea Verde is a direct channel of communication with your city council.
Through this service, you can inform the council of the defects that you find in your municipality. You just have to download the Green Line APP for free and, through four simple steps, transfer your incident to the town hall.
You will be informed at all times of the status of the reported fault. In addition, you will also receive communications from the city council on different topics of general interest such as water cuts, events, parties, etc.
Línea Verde offers an environmental consulting service. Raise any questions and within a maximum period of 24 hours you will have a response from a team of experts in the field. Issues related to recycling, energy efficiency, clean point schedules etc….
Through this service, you can also consult points of interest in the municipality itself and general information about it. In addition, you can participate in specific surveys proposed by the council in order to have your opinion on certain issues.
