Switched from Galaxy S7 to S9. Installed and worked fine. A few weeks later, the S9 died and I had to switch back to the S7. Won't work. Somehow along the way they changed it so it requires Android 8+. Every other banking app I have works fine on this phone except for this one. Guess I will be making my exit plans...

The check deposit function is unwieldy for no reason. The auto capture rejects its own images and manual capture never works. Also, I'm rarely notified of account issues until it's too late to do anything about them. Also, the 3rd Party Bill Pay is a nightmare.

I have used this app for years. Until the June 2021 update, I loved the app. When it updated it erased all of my login information and did not give the option to use my fingerprint. I'm giving it a few days and if it doesn't change I'm erasing it off my phone. I literally try to use the app and it automatically shuts down, I can't even try to login.

Check deposit needs improvement. Good feedback for developers. I have better experience with other financial firms. Something to work on. Incremental improvement.

After logging in, the app says application error. Unable to display information. This happens way to often. Very inconvenient.

Easy to use. The onlynthing I would change is the writing for check deposit. It is too long and my deposit have been rejected for missing one preposition. The words "deposit only" should be enough.

The mobile app works fairly well, although the mobile deposit requires multiple rounds for the good pictures to be accepted. Still, it is quite helpful.
