This program idea is simple as 一, 二 , 三! Been given an English text file it will replace words with Kanjis from Kyoiku Kanji list. Tap on kanji to see a translation, and tap on '?' to get more details.
Please note that this is very rough way to learn kanji due to the fact that English words meaning does not always match Japanese ones in a given context.
