Description
The EKW.PLUS application allows you to access the land and mortgage register number of any real estate. You can set a number for a plot, building, apartment.
You can find the land and mortgage register by address, plot number, its identifier, or even directly you can find a property on the map of Poland, containing the plot boundaries the same as on the Geoportal and discover the number of the land and mortgage register.
This allows you to determine the owner of any real estate in Poland, which is useful, for example, when trying to buy a dream plot, bypassing an intermediary, checking the real estate debt or verifying the legal status of the real estate based on the contents of the land and mortgage register.
The application also allows you to browse the land and mortgage registers in a convenient and accessible way, the number of which we know, display their content in a manner adapted to the telephone display, and export their content to a PDF document.
