There is a glitch when filling prescriptions. I have had to call a number of times to get my prescriptions filled after they have been sitting as "being processed" in the app only to find out they are not even being filled. Or I will look later only to realize they have even been returned back to the list to of meds to be "refilled". Not cool. Please fix this... And yes, I emailed member services.

This applies to their whole online system, but the app is just as bad. In Coverage and Costs, it only shows a balance for hospital visits. Insurance premiums aren't included in the total balance. This, on top of the fact that I never received any notifications about my bills being late led me to believe that everything was already paid. Apparently it didn't save my autopay. Now my insurance has lapsed and have to deal with their non-existent customer service and broken online systems.

It was great until the recent update. After this update I can no longer check my appointments, order medication, and now the app runs a lot slower. It's a bummer honestly. I've tried almost everything to get it working like it used to but quickly realized the update was the cause. I hope the next update fixes it? I rely on this app quite a bit since it's more convenient but now I have to go through the website for everything. The website isn't bad just less convenient for me lol.

Kaiser is the easiest to use medical plan. The ap works well too. Generally I find too many steps are required to get to get info or complete actions. Especially Covid19 testing. Instead of having all of the questions on one easy to answer page each question is on a separate page. On-line appointments are the same. Consolidation of Info could be better. The website is complete. Just too many page clicks to get things done. No ads in app is a plus.

Email organization is absolutely terrible. The Inbox is organized by date but once an email is read it's virtual impossible to find it again. It might have been setup with tech challenged people in mind but this is equally challenging and completely frustrating for everyone.

Trying to schedule a routine appointment results in selecting a day for the appointment. No matter what I do, every day has 0 options for a visit. I end up having to go to urgent care instead of seeing my primary.

App keeps crashing. I can't enaple fingerprint authentication and my password won't autofill or save. Everytime, I have to find my password in my personal notes and copy/paste it. The app doesn't stay open on my phone, OnePlus7t.

This mobile apps in View Phamacy I can not go to view my new prescription for ordering. I always got message "System error... we're not able to process your request at this time. Please try again later" and message "No Prescriptions on File..."

Terrible. Impossible to schedule an appointment. It clearly knows the doctors' schedule to tell you there are no appointments available. Why can't it just tell me when the doctor is available? Useless.

Don't use this app for video visits. Instead, use your browser because this app has dropped me from my video appointment two times. Each time it's happened the "How was your call?" screen popped up while the visit was still ongoing. Whenever I clicked skip to try to get it out, it just booted me out of the call. Then, when it popped up again I just let it stay, but it still cut me out after a few minutes. Other than that video and call quality is alright.
