Initially the app installed and operated correctly and connected to Amazon Alexa properly. Suddenly the app notifications and icons stopped appearing on my LG G6 phone so I'm not notified of door status. Alexa still reports the correct status so the problem appears to be with the app. I removed and reinstalled the app but the problem remains. Multiple attempts to obtain support from Koogeek have gone unanswered. 1 star for no Koogeek support. Need to find better vendor and equipment.

I used to really like this app but something was changed in it. The notification used only set off a couple times when I sensor was tripped but now it goes on for an extended time. To make it stop you have to unlock your phone. I wish I knew what they had changed so I could tell them to change it back. Prior to this I would have given it five stars.

It basically works to notify when a door sensor is tripped... But the notification sounds like 20 times in a row. I'm not exaggerating. There seems to be no way to just get a single tone or otherwise shorten it, rendering the app embarrassing to have on your phone in public.

After spending about 40 minutes trying to sync a door alarm we just gave up. Apparently because we have a 2G wifi connection and not a 2.4G it won't work. It's weird that I can successfully have numerous devices in my home on wifi, but this flimsy Koogeek door alarm needs something more. Amazon will be picking it back up. Listen to these reviews, people.

Finally figured out that you have to connect to the Smart Home app to connect in Google assistant, now it's working. Definitely needs usability improvement, and you shouldn't have multiple apps for the same product family, but at least it mostly works.

Don't waste you money, took me forever to setup the first time a year ago, now that I got a new router the pos just didnt work, I have another cam (different brand) and it took me 2 minutes to set it up. I guess this cam is going to the trash. POS

Hard to navigate. Camera doesn't capture all activity. No response from customer support after several attempts to contact. Total waste of money.

Door sensors just will not connect. At all. Tried two different ones, spent way too much time on it. They're going back to Amazon. I'll just get something else.

Horrible, bought 2. One quit working in 3 months, the other in 1 year. I tried over and over to get ahold of this company to get this fixed or my money back and it was impossible . No one returned my calls or emails. Do not buy this camera. Junk camera and no customer service at all.
