Very poorly designed. No thought given to this app. They did not even do basic testing. I downloaded it and am prompted to enter a username and password, but it is *impossible* to register on the app. So where do I get a username or register? The owners of my building sent me an email with a link which just takes me to another Kone page with a picture of a building on it and *nothing* else. How CAN I REGISTER then? I would prefer a traditional fixed intercom.

Doesn't work properly, we have it installed at our building and we almost never receive the calls at the door.

App does not ring. I have a Xiaomi mi 9. I gave LL permission . App does not ring ,only vibrates and it's not from my settings

The app asked me to change the password. I changed it. Now it wont let me log in with either password. Asked for a registration link and uninstalled the app. Then did everything again according to the instructions. The link creates password but doesnt tell me what it is and when I open the new installed app it asks me to log in with a password. I try to change the password from the "having trouble login"- section and every time I try to reset the password it immediately says password link expired. This is ridiculous. Cant find any support address to contact. Unbelievably poor design for the login process.
