App is not good some major function not included ex:- warning or trip notification. And another thing is if engine start app status shows on but if engine stop app status never show off condition immdiately. It continious in on condition. Please improve it in next update

Hi team, The fuel indicator is giving a wrong indication as low fuel though the fuel level is at maximum level kindly update the software.

Not a good app every time I have login to check Genset is running or stopped it should show notifications for Genset on and low oil .

I am a resident of Fatuha (Distt.- Patna), Bihar. I had purchased a 10 kVA DG in early Feb 2021. Product shipping was very bad as the delivery agent was ill equiped resulting in physical damage. Installation came much later which shows unprofessionalism and bad service from the company. Product was found defective during installation. Overall, I experienced bad service and bad product. I am totally disappointed and angry with KOEL. Now, I am considering compensation from the company.
