I installed and could see partiak home page, but couldn't open beyond that to use it. Very disappointing!! Really wanted to use it with my pixel 2 phone as I'd been using the npr app previously Update 9/5.2021. I've been trying to use it with the Android phone over the past 6 months. Since the most recent update and changes at the station it's become more glitchy than ever. Up until now I was happy that at least I connect to it when I was on Wi-Fi. Now even that is difficult and unreliable

I love this app! I can listen to KMUW anywhere when you cannot get it by radio. If you miss a show or part of a story they have the podcast it originated from on the app. Listen anytime👍

Fantastic! Great to be able to get to the live broadcast so much easier than in the NPR One app. The donation function needs work. I was trying to donate under the wire to take advantage of matching funds but it took too long to load the web page, do 7 screens of the "I'm not a robot" junk, etc. that I missed the matching funds by 1 minute. 😫

Seems like it is pausing/stalling/and or glitching more than it did when I first downloaded it. It makes me crazy. Not sure if I could do something on my end that I haven't tried already. I love KMUW & NPR so I keep trying to give it one last shot but one of these days I'm gonna have to delete this finally to save me from smashing my phone because I'm in the shower with my wet hands and can't unlock my phone fast enough to just press stop so I don't listen to my stream fritz then skip my story.

Same problem with every NPR local station app: the app stops running unless I leave the screen on. This runs down my battery and it means I can't put my phone in my pocket because the touch screen is still active. If I turn the screen off the app will run maybe 2 or 3 minutes and then quit

I used it everyday until it started randomly stopping, as others have noted. Today I uninstalled and reinstalled, and 30 minutes in to listening to my Saturday shows, it hasn't stopped playing. UPDATE, several hours in and no hiccups.

lt simply does not respond or if it does finally open, I don't have any features as mentioned. I usually give up, close it, and go to their page to listen. I was really excited about this app so I'm bummed its not working well.

Love this app! downloaded on my Galaxy and my iPad. One more super convenient way to listen to my favorite local radio and hear some of my favorite NPR programs! Oh.... and you can set up your donations to support KMUW through the app as well!
