I love this service. The ordering app is so simple and versatile. You can not only request no substitutions, you can also select the products to substitute for unavailable items. With meat and deli you can specify slice thickness, weights, etc. Many times the shopper will text you for your preferences while shopping, even sending pictures of products to substitute for unavailable items. Again, it's an extremely helpful service. The shoppers do a great job; absolutely worth the delivery fee.

Seems like when I place an order I don't always get what I originally ordered. The ap also likes to multiply what I have put in my cart. I have to keep checking everything to make sure it's the right quantity. When I correct it it jumps back to the quantity it put in there for me. A lot of work to order off this ap.

After you click to see details on a coupon and then click back it forgets where you were and sends you to the top of the list again. Very annoying. Everything about King Soopers is annoying though.

I actually love this app and I especially love using Kroger pay but lately the Kroger pay login has been glitchy. By glitchy I mean it won't let me past the four digit code/fingerprint. It doesn't matter if I'm using wifi or data. I would give this app 5 stars IF the Kroger pay worked all the time.

Super inconsistent and won't give me the price/unit. At least not when I'm shopping for pick up. It did initially but once I chose my store and everything it became difficult to use and does not show $/oz.

I keep getting notifications that I have items in my cart that are unavailable, yet when I click on the link to review them and approve or deny substitutions, I get an error message. You guys need to fix your app.

Coupons will no longer load to my account. Items disappear from my cart. Can no longer use this app with confidence and must go to desktop now to shop online.

I love this app; However it would be nice to be able to shop from the weekly ad instead of only being able to add to a list.

Update 12/16/2021: App has gotten very bloated, slow, Not user friendly and SO SO SLOW. Has gone way down hill in usability. Can't find the weekly ad or coupon categories. LOUSY APP!!!! Previously: No landscape mode for large tablets. Lousy shopping list creation feature. Typically an item listed with 3-4 others in a little icon on ad. Adding an item rarely shows correct item in shopping list as 75% of the time it's one of the other items. Broken for a long time. Will this ever be fixed?
