    Useless app. App will only work till there is warranty for product. After 1 year, the app started asking invoice number for booking service call, and not accepting any requests on app. Now the app is useless. Also the customer care is no negligent that, they are not able to resolve the issue even after 15 days. They are more intrested in cancelling service requests on priority. Even an address change in the app is not possible. Its a name sake brand with no responsibility.

    Very Bad! First I was unable to register my product because the app kept crashing. After calling the customer care number they managed to register it. And I finally got in touch with the technician. But if I would like to contact the customer support again, the chat doesn't seem to work. Also it is very risky because once the technician receives the product you do not receive any kind of confirmation. Also after giving it to the technician, they aren't even picking up my calls!

    App is good but som issues as below: 1. from installation to warranty period, service man do service in a very rude manner. 2. After expiry of free service(warranty period), they will misguide us telling that this and that part is replacable. thus they try to sale their product and charge more in the name called "charged service". 3. After 2 year of installation, they replaced Membrane and SV on May-2021, which is cost me about Rs.2900. Now it's not working, now it's chargable.Don't buy Kent RO.

    Continuously for last 4 days i am trying to raise a request for reinstaltion but to no avail.Every time the app will ask to update invoice/ photo then it allow to submit but after submitting no case registered. If call customer care they will tell if u registered call thrugh us you have to pay 300 extra for service charge and another 300 for reinstaltion. Due to improper installation the machine fell down and troubled us a lot.Worst After sale service i ever seen by any reputed company.

    After making service request , the app confirms the request, provides the name of the Mechanic and time he is expected to vist. He never turns up and closes the service without even asking for satisfaction OTP. Their Axis consumer services P. L. have collected Rs. 5500/- for AMC and claim the problem has been solved without doing anything. No answer to the telephonic/ email complaints . Very much disgusting . Gopal Krishna Daruka

    It looks like the service centers are using faulty/fake products. I have made multiple complaints for high TDS and the RO membrane has been changed 3 times in the last 9 months (2 times in the last 3 months). I am tired of using Kent. I even escalated this matter to the email id mentioned on the website but never got any response. It feels like no body in Kent cares about the customers.

    Just App is for eye wash , they don't response to customers, even if you raise a serivice request they themselve reject it without our knowledge. I have personal experience we are using Kent pride RO purifier for 1 yr. For new installation they will come within 48 ,wherease for service they don't care for 20 days. I have made 15 calls everyday they keep saying we will assign a engineering and fix.

    Poor service My kent RO working was working fine but when I got books a visit for regular check then my RO started showing problem. After spending 7.5k for 15k RO towards changes in all filters, AMC etc. it is still showing issues. Every week I need to follow up rigorously with service provider to get it fixed. It is better have RO on rent or local brank that is cheaper and reliable.

    Useless App. It takes around 10 minutes for it to save data entered in one screen and go to next screen. One need to take half day leave to register a complaint using the App. Kent should first make a good App and then push Customers to the App.

    I registered a service request 3 days back and no response received. Only changing name of service engineer again and again. If I am calling on costumer care, then no one is picking up the phone, just say in the voice of the computer that your service case is registered. Worst service experience ever
