Is simple to use the app, but some features are missing like when your pin is blocked unlike other apps you cannot reset then unless you go to the bank to request for password reset. We are in digital world why do i required to visit the bank?? What is the purpose of OTP and email( this can verify that it is the owner who is requesting pin reset) Kcb improve your apo please.

For me KCB app has been an exemplary app. I remember I went somewhere very remote and I had no cash with me, almost got stranded. Then I remembered I had money in my Acc. and very fast I attended to my situation through KCB app. it's fast and not forgetting it's effectiveness.

It has been good but since they began updates the past month, it has been frustrating. You cannot make transactions simply because of glitches in verification.

Works fluidly except now and then when transactions don't go through and it shows an "error occurred" message, even after receiving the OTP code.

Unfortunately i cant access my account anymore via online banking I can purchase only aitime but i cant check my balance or withdraw money to my mpesa the message displayed is as follows "your kcb account has not been linked" Its been 4 months going to the nearest brach, to and fro, wasting my time and money without getting any help I think its time i choose another bank

This is the best app I ever use. It just needs some modifications; i.e a button for m-pesa deposits must be inside the app...and it would be perfect for us all.

I am not happy by the services. Such inconvenience when one is not able to access his account after resetting his pin. I am being told to go to the bank yet you have all my credentials.
