Worst service from kalam academy... Uploading old videos of reet and I have purchased 1st grade course... Pdf not downloading ..this is happening from 1 month whenever I purchased the course.. Last time also when I purchased reet course.. If u are not able to solve everything then refund my money... Useless app... Worst management.. Not giving answer of anything when I messaged on whatsApp....

Plz resolve all technical issue after update it not open & again shown need to update doesn't have option of skip. Kalam team your level of description is very good so I have purchase course of VDO but its technical issue make difficulties in my study plan so plz resolve as soon as possible

PDF of notes made by subject experts is not even opening, And the download is not happening either. Im any informed several times but is not responding. Very bad experience by a competent Kalam team members.

I have just started the app. And it took me 3-4 hour approximately to complete one video of 57 min. The video is not at all running smoothly. I cant concentrate on what they are trying to say and for me subjects like history, geography are very new as i am science student. Please do not disappoint us by giving such bad quality content. The comment section of the very first video is filled with complaints. Please resolve those issues. Afterall first impression is last impression.
