The app is good..i want to make a suggestion..it would be good of there's a function that enable us to create a monthly report on our transaction and able to download it afterwards..it really help, since i used kash to manage my business instead of scrolling forever and manually calculate the in and out money..please take note and create it ASAP..take BigPay app as reference since i used both..thanks a lot

im first time using this KA$H so i facing some problems, luckily this KA$H have a WhatsApp number then i contact them...they reply very fast but whithon work hours...overall the service 100000/10...tq KA$H 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Your requirements for the id photo is too unforgiving. The app is for user. Not a professional photographer with an art degree. Not all phones are capable of taking super clear photos. Even my camera cant subside its need for a good photo. I think its better if you make it easier to register and let you pick photos from gallery rather than having to take a picture directly from the camera. Dont burden the user with the nitty gritty and tell your employees to do that instead.

first of all i have to say it has a very great Customer service, they respond and really try to solve the issue and i had lots of issues, it took time but tgey fixed it , the only other thing to know is i cash deposited to my acc, after couple of hours nothing came to my acc, i emailed them and the response was somtging i did see anywhere in the app or website! it was:Cash Deposit through Public Bank Cash Deposit Machine require 1 business day to reflect into your KA$H account balance. But totally and overall when its activated and you can use it, its AWESOME!!!!!!

App is extremely buggy and useless: If you managed to pass registration (with all your valuable info stolen like your passport ect.. ) the app will keep kicking you out in every single step you intend to make. I've read the comments and that turns out to be true. Thankfully i didn't buy the card or top up. You don't want your money to be held in such a crappy system that didn't bother to pay for better developers to fix its serious issues.

i must say, i never encountered any problems with the app plus its pretty easy to use i just wish this app use biometric login so it'd be easier to login using fingerprint instead of using login using pins and supporting samsung pay for gold (mastercard) users so we can use mastercard contactless payment on our samsung phone instead of pulling out the card just to use contactless Pros: -oversea transaction aka able to purchase on pretty much every online store (e.g steam,aliexpress and etc) and offline store that use card (gold mastercard only). -easy to use UI. -KFC/ayammas discounts. -cashback. Cons: -no samsung pay support (samsung devices and gold mastercard only). -if you're a gold user there's no way to change to show your gold balance at home menu. -no biometric login. -it may take a day for your money to be added to your account if you deposit it via pubic bank cash deposit (i hope this will get improved instead took a day its just few hours or shorter). i'll edit when a major/basic/improvement feature added.

App are slow and non user friendly, do not support fingerprint verfication, and spending at kfc is a pain because it required the manager card for the discount (hence slowing down the process), and machine often not working. They also charge you RM1 for every top up, RM30 sign up fee and RM6 annual fee. Totally not worth it, there are better option like Bigpay and boost.

The worst app i used in my whole life. First of all poor coding practice is used in this app. So thats why most of the options are not working in this app. I delete many time application and also install it again but its was useless. The result was same. After that verfication process is very lengthy. Better to use merchantrade or big pay money option. I am going to delete this app.

Suck app. I have register for a million time and now always stuck on the tac number? Please fix if you seriously want customer use your card. I pay for that now what i doesn't even can't register how i am gonna use it. Pay attention please.
