Anyone registering for the Basic Course for the first time can use it for free for a certain period. (Those who have previously subscribed to the Basic Course and have never used the free trial can also use the free trial.)

The free trial period is one month, including the initial purchase start date. If the member does not cancel their purchase at least 24 hours before the end of the purchase period, the next renewal fee will be automatically charged.

The Kaikaisei app is a specialized marine weather information service that provides pinpoint real-time conditions and forecasts for over 18,000 coastal areas throughout Japan, as well as numerical forecasts and image data for wind and waves, tidal information, and a lunar calendar.
It features "Real-time Wind Forecast," providing detailed wind forecasts that were previously difficult to predict, updated hourly. Furthermore, for wind and wave forecasts, in addition to proprietary forecast data developed in collaboration with Kyoto University, forecast data from the Japan Meteorological Agency is also included, allowing users to compare the trends of both forecasts. This makes it easier to make decisions when departing for port, fishing trips, and other marine leisure activities. Additionally, the icon designs have been updated, and the weather information animations and their playback content have been made more user-friendly and easier to understand.
You can find detailed weather information for your desired location with just a simple search. With map search, you can easily find the weather for the location you want to know about by simply zooming in and out with your fingertips.
