■主な機能 主な機能は、現在高照会（※）、入出金明細照会です。 ※担保定額貯金・担保定期貯金の残高は表示されません。 ■注意事項 ・ゆうちょ銀行の総合口座（通常貯金・通常貯蓄貯金）をご利用のお客さまはアプリをご利用いただけます。 ※振替口座、キャッシュカードを利用していない総合口座（通常貯金・通常貯蓄貯金）および法人口座等ではご利用いただけません。 ・パスコード（4桁）または生体認証（指紋）でログインできます。 ・登録時には口座記号番号、カナ氏名、生年月日、キャッシュカード暗証番号、電話番号（※）が必要です。 ※ご本人様確認のため、口座にご登録の電話番号あてに、自動音声により電話し、ご本人様確認コードをお伝えします。電話を受けられる環境でご登録ください。なお、ご登録の電話番号は、ゆうちょATMで変更いただけます。旧電話番号が登録されている場合は、事前に変更をお願いいたします。（JP BANK カードをご利用のお客さまは、郵便局の貯金窓口・ゆうちょ銀行での手続きが必要です。） ・ご本人様確認コードは他人には絶対に教えないでください。 ・アプリには最大2口座登録ができます。 ※口座名義が同一である場合に限ります。 ・登録時に、キャッシュカード暗証番号を一定回数誤って入力した場合、窓口で「暗証番号誤回数消去」のお手続きが必要です。 ・ゆうちょダイレクトの廃止や再申し込みを行った場合、アプリの再登録が必要です。 ※再登録以前の明細については、ご覧いただけなくなります。 ・成年後見人等設定時にはアプリが使用できなくなりますのでご注意ください。 ・23時55分～翌0時05分までの間、ゆうちょ通帳アプリの登録等はできません。 ・本アプリの利用料は無料です。ただし、ダウンロードや利用時に発生する通信料は、お客さまにご負担いただきます。
