Journal d'annonce légale JAL for french business

The Legal Announcement application allows you to find a legal advertisement log that is authorized by the prefecture of your department in just a few clicks. If you are a company registered in France, you have the obligation to publish legal notices when you change the legal information of your kbis or your legal status deposited in the registry. This information may be the name of the company, the address of its registered office, the name of the manager or officer, the name of the auditor, the amount of the share capital, the legal form of the company ... These legal announcements (legal publicity) must be published in a newspaper having obtained the authorization of the prefecture of the department of the company. Finding a newspaper that has the authorization can be complicated because the list changes for each department every year. And there are a hundred authorized newspapers, but only one 10th for each department. You can find lists on the internet but they can be un-updated or incomplete, which can be a problem for finding a reliable and authoritative journal for the current year. With our application, you will have the official list of newspapers at your fingertips to save you time. Just click on your department and you will be able to consult the list of updated newspapers authorized for the department. You will also find, for each department, the price line of an ad as it was set by the prefect of your department. The application also offers tips and tricks to file your legal ads faster and to pay less for them by reducing their length for example.
