Great bank, great staff and helpful people, but this is the worst application I have ever encountered, I hope that you upgrade the banks application, it is not user friendly, nor easy to use, gets stuck sometimes with a very bad user interface. No need for a separate application for the reward system, upgrade the application and just include rewards in a tab within it!

The app is OK. User Interface desperatly needs to be upgraded. Worst of all, to reset lost/forgetten password, you must enter your Mastercard card number & PIN code . They never offered me a Mastercard! Contacted the "(No) Help Desk" and was told I must go to the branch to get password reset. Which defeats the most basic principle of having an online account. So what if you reside outside of Jordan? Tough luck! I greatly value "security", but not when it comes with a narrow minded approach!

good but still have bugs. before, i used to be able to print an invoice after paying bills. now this option is not available. Also, sometime I'm not able to recharge my mobile account via the app, it gives me an error, but it works fine when logging in via desktop version

You can only login the first time you install it on your device, and even when you're logged in, the user experience is very bad.

A null pointer exception upon opening the app? Really? A try-catch could solve the issue. Please pass this info to your development team and ask your QA team (if there's any) to actually test your app!!!!
