JIS helpDesk is here to resolve the complaints of the user and makes the communication more convenient. Users will get an easy process to register the complaint to get it resolved as soon as possible.
And admin can see all the registered complaints and can assign the complaints to the employees and employees can see the complaints assigned to them and can close after resolving the complaint.
