Selling items that are not in stock. Two days after the order is confirmed, I receive an email telling me that my PayPal account has been credited, and that not all items have been shipped. Out of 3 items, they sent me one! And, in another order, I received an email in which they inform me that I have to pay taxes, for a delivery where the cost of the items is less than the tax threshold.

Non stop problems on app and website. Sent them an email about the websites problems a month or 2 ago and no reply and now the app is doing the exact same thing. Cant add things to my basket or remove the 2 items it says I have in it and when click on the basket on the website just says error and to contact them which did and no reply.

I purchased shoes througt app. but its really sad. it shown the order is on the way. but there is no any tracking number provided for me to track the order. so, how i am going to know, where is the exect location of the shoes. e mail the customer service. but no any reply from the JD team. poor service. if you can't do online sell. then stop it. jusf focus on the store. really waste my time. i assumed the order should be arrived in 7 days of time. really hope it will arrived within the time.

Pathetic store to buy from. They give misleading information and advertise products which are not available and are out of stock but they still promote them as they are available. I had my order cancelled multiple times without any reason and on calling the support they told me it was out of stock. However I was still able to add the order to the cart. The order had 5-6 days difference between them and website still showed product to be available. It's a big scam. Pathetic experience..

Really disappointed with their service.I ordered the items on 13 September 2021 and still showing orders on the way.Its been almost one month and still the status same.Above all,what mail I am getting "Are you happy with your recent orders'.How could a reputed company do this.But their online serive is pathetic.No customer care facility ,only computerised.No cancel the order facility.Customer only can see how seller made him fool.Really frustated.No one able to tell how to get the item or cancel

Really bad online service Every time I shop online, I experience a problem. Either I get told item is out of stuck after the order is complete and payment taken or the app crashes. This is going to be my last JD online purchase.
