• Get in contact with our RIB SAA Support-team easily (Phone, Picture, Mail, Voice memo)
• Create and manage quality reports
• Easy production data management
• Create and track material requisitions
iTWO MES Mobile aids you in managing your RIB SAA automated plant. With iTWO MES Mobile you can interact in the most simplest way with the products by RIB SAA Engineering by wireless connection in order to get a quick overview over your production or diagnose errors fast. In addition, should you require assistance in using products by RIB SAA, iTWO MES Mobile offers you various ways to get in touch with RIB SAA quickly and efficiently.
Explaination of the access rights required by iTWO MES Mobile:
• Access your profile data, Access contact data: Personalization of emails to RIB SAA-Support with name and phone number
• Change/delete content of USB-memory, Record videos / take pictures, Record sound: Add pictures and voice recordings as email attachments
• Directly call phone numbers, Read phone statistics and ID: Start hotline calls
