iTrent Chat from MHR International, is a mobile app which enables your employees to quickly and easily complete tasks or ask for help in navigating the system. It:
• Allows employees to carry out a range of HR tasks quickly and easily including, booking absences and submitting expenses.
• Is available 24/7 to support mobile and hybrid workers, wherever they are located, whenever they need it.
• Supports line managers to approve employee requests such as absence or learning, or perform check-ins away from the office.
• Enables employees to clock in quickly and easily and out, plus geo-location allows employers to ensure those working alone or remote are safe.
• Simplifies the expense process, employees just need to scan receipts and they are uploaded onto the system automatically.
