It's pretty much useless unless you have the exact refund amount. Funny part is .. nobody knows that they are getting back because we are waiting for an amount!!! That's why we need to log in and check... It wont let you check unless you already know.. how stupid.

(Update below)Incredibly frustrating. I read reviews below and found many people having same issue of this app replying that information doesn't match. Many waiting 3 or 4 months. I've been waiting 9 weeks. I mailed mine in (long story) and can't even find out if they got it! Tried calling and yeah they're too busy to even put me in the queue. Someone should majorly fix this worthless uninformative app.Uninstalled ***P.S I just reinstalled, update no different. Uninstl. Waiting 4+ months!!!

Dang, I have read through all the horror stories behind this app and I definitely believe that they are of veracity; along with my empathy to everybody, I have my own horror story. For some months, I have been trying to establish an account on the IRS website to determine what data there but get stopped cold with the credit card verification. One thing I can tell you for sure: SARS Corona II has nothing to do with the awful turnaround time -- more like corporate greed. Hang tough!!!

We would have gone with zero stars but it doesn't allow it. We have been waiting since May 17, 2021 to get my refund. We can't get any information, and now it's telling us that we have entered the incorrect information on the app, so we need to re-enter the correct information. The problem is, we're looking RIGHT AT OUR TAX RETURN!!!

The ONLY reason I gave 2 stars is for 1 REASON ... because overall the website does do a decent job at getting you through pretty detailed issues & narrowing down the many MANY different issues WE ALL seem to be experiencing!! The narrowing of issues give a false sense of hope that your actually going to get some answers! That is until you get to the end, and instead of your answer staring back at you...quite simply it ALLLL LEADS TO A BRICK FKN WALL TO ABSOLUTE NOTHINGNESS!! EVERY SGL TIME!!

As others on here have said, this app is absolute garbage and is completely useless. "Information does not match" uhm...actually it does, it's your tech team who developed this sorry excuse for an app! I'll be shocked if I actually recieve my tax refund before the end of the year! They blame COVID for the long delays, yet they are able to issue the unemployment tax refunds and the stimulus checks!? I bet if I OWED the IRS money, they would demand payment right now! Zero stars! 🤬

Very educational, useful & helpful during the pandemic & in between stimulus checks! Has a ton of useful tips & importnt info throughout. Most importantly, is vry easy to figure out! My recommendation? If u find reason to use it, def do! Its truly a helpful tool for all irs/tax purposes & a helluva lot easier than sitting on hold for hrs & hrs via phone! Its so simple, easy & beneficial! If anything, what wil it hurt to at least try? Right. Again, its way better than holding for hrs, right?;)

This app is the new convenient way to access and file all your IRS personal and business tax forms Etc. If you choose to use the app as I did you find it less time-consuming, and more informative with assistance. You can't beat that. That is why I give it a five-star rating and two thumbs up. Useless for me. I never got my refund from 2019 and this app offered no info other than still processing for a year and a half. Now it has moved on to 2020 and I no longer can even ask about 2019 return. Total junk.

Always says entered into doesn't match. I mailed in my return about 8 months ago, they say don't file again, and these tools are useless. Getting screwed, 'merica.
