When connected to an iRoar speaker, you can select a preconfigured audio profile or personalize your audio settings. overall it is an ok app, though it doesn't like to connect to the creative servers to check for speaker firmware upgrades on any of my families samsung phones.... 😒 however I love creative products, there just seems to be too many bugs in the iroar applications. (also the app hasn't been updated since 2016 and the bugs everyone's talking about still remain) no support🤔

I got the new sound blaster iroar and all the music sounds like it's in a tunnel... the worthless equalizer button does absolutely nothing...So I downloaded this app to control my sound blaster iroar as per the useless instructions. The app will not pair with the speaker however my phone is paired to it and playing music... I never had any problem like this with my first generation Sound Blaster Roar..

It wont let me check for firmware updates. It keeps saying check network conection even though my wifi is working fine. I wanted to purchase the iroar go. But i am dissapointed with the app not working + i dont own a computer to do these updates on my iroar. And i just found out from everyones comments that the reason the iroar has has these dips in the sound volume going up and down at times is because of the smart volume🙄 which you cant turn off so the only option is, to delete it😑

No Longer Works on Galaxy S7. I open app to control the sound and it tells me that the speaker is in use by another app. Duh!?!? Of course it is! I'm just trying to customize the sound!!! Isn't that the entire PURPOSE of this app?!? 😳🙄

Whose bright idea was it to force Smart Volume to be on? Music sounds just wrong with it, and it keeps fluctuating up and down. Just normal songs, nothing out of the ordinary. Terrible design choice that ruins the listening experience. So much potential.

It's an okay app. The options are nice to have, but the firmware update feature does not work. Always tells me that there is no connection and to try again later. I've owned this for about a year now and haven't been able to update it even once.

This app won't communicate with my connected speaker. Edit: apparently creative offers a confusing array of apps, but doesn't make it clear which devices among many they're for.

It still tells me it's in use. Can't get by. That's so frustrating. Don't know what to do. Definitely shouldn't be this hard.
