So today is the first time I would be using this service. After making payment, I got a text to wait for value. After 1 hour, I got no value. My pain: I chatted the WhatsApp line and got no response, only got rejected after trying to call. I called the customer care line and after choosing to speak with a human, the call went blank till I hung up. I sent an email over an hour ago and got no response. Now it is frustrating. I needed electricity units urgently but this service failed itself!

This new update has removed the ability to copy and paste meter number, they're saved along with contact, so please put it back. Also, the receipt should be like the former one which only shows the amount purchased without including the profit or any breakdown.

Kudos to you for including the contact icon but do you know that the meter number is also saved in our phonebook Please an urgent adjustment is needed as follows : * Allow copy and paste of Meter number and contact number * Allow search option under transaction history using meter number * The exact amount purchased should be on the printed receipt, e.g for KAEDCO : ₦1,000 should be written as ₦1,000 on the receipt and not ₦911.40 to confusion, arguments and conflicts between us and our customer

The App. Is okay but not complete... I made payment this morning using the new upgraded Irecharge application, hoping to go to transaction history and print reciept only to be disappointed... No printing option on the newly upgraded application... And no preview option... Pls kindly look into this. Thanks.

It's not user friendly, you can not copy Meter number, Phone number, or email address and paste it on the apllication. It does not allow you to search Phone book for customer through the app. Funding wallet is another challenge from the app

It's simple to manage and I love the ease of transaction. Kindly add back the button to insert customer contact if they are in sellers contact list. It further makes payment receipt flexible instead of going to copy and paste the number.

Great but for electricity, customer's address not on the receipt, that is one of the reasons customer's demand receipt for address verification for bank purposes. Please return customers address back to the receipt. Thanks and keep doing the good work.

This upgrade has a fancy design only but it's extremely poor in functionality. I wish you had tested it well enough before releasing it. You can't paste meter no, you can't print.... This is frustrating..

I help someone to subscribe their gotv since 28/11/2020 and you debited me, but they are saying that their gotv is not yet working. The receipt of the transaction did not saved in my phone. Am very pissed off about it.
