I got the app to update the firmware on my device, seems to be the only way to solve the issues I'm having with it (there are no IQOS stores in my country). However, updates are not an option in the app, and after struggling for a few hours to try to do it on a computer, it was a disheartening find that the app couldn't either.

Installed it twice and had to uninstall it both times because app keeps opening new tabs in chrome wanting/forcing you to sign in into your IQOS account. I imagine it's like having a nasty drug dealer breathing down your neck! It just keeps opening and opening new tabs regardless of what you're doing on your phone. Imagine trying to show something on your phone to your client or a friend, paying something with your phone and the dumb and malevolent app keeps opening new chrome tabs trying to force you to sign in. Had to force shut it and be real quick uninstalling it! Last but not the least it's pointless and really has no useful features.

Seems to be a general issue with this app. I also can't login. The same credentials I use on a web browser do not work in the app with a constant "invalid credentials" message popping up.

No option to turn off holder vibration when charged after use. I thought it would give me some statistics or something useful, not just 3 on/off switches. 😬 You are not using 1% of the functionality. I want to know how much I smoke hourly, daily, weekly, monthly. Let's start from there. :)

Cannot log in viq the app. Keeps saying that credentials are invalid but when i log online via the website, there are no issues with the credentials. Dear Debeloper, please fix this bug, there are other users with this same issue.

Can log in online but not on the app. Also, it's a nightmare finding the log in page online!

The app crashes all the time, lavk of way to quit without it leaving working in the ram, the moment i want to stop the app it crashes. When you start it again you need to set it up as a new start up. Aweful. Doesn't track and record the comsuption of sticks and and doesn't give you any info about your smoking habits.

hey, i just bought this device yesterday and im having issues with it. synchronization is awful it disconnect itself and no info about the battery and notification can be seen in my smartphone. i love iqos but this app is driving me crazy. can you help me with the error?? this error is.. Is just ok. Gives me alert when it is ready to be used and since I have 3 due, it tells me its ready for second experience 😀. Once awhile it disconnects, so I have to unpaired. The good thing is when I click buy heets, takes me straight to website without logging in again. After the new updates, the option of locate my device no longer available. Five stars will be given if you could implement an option to see how many cigarettes consumed a day. 👍

Ridiculous that it turns your GPS on 24/7. Deleted after 2 days as my battery life was cut in half. Dont know why it needs a GPS to begin with. I did like that I was told when my device is ready or not charging properly but that doesn't deserve more than 1 star as I still had to delete the app.
