Please highly invest in your mobile app, because I guarantee you will lose a lot of customers from it in the long run, I really try hard to love it these past few months but just can't. Laggy, Not-User Friendly Interface, Login Problems, and now I don't know why I can't buy stocks at all, I just click confirm buy and nothing happens, which is frustrating when you want to bid a good price quickly but the app declines that opportunity. Please don't make the customers doing all the extra work.

Alhamdulillah, it was easy to register. But, sometimes this app's running so slow. I missed by best time to make a bid and buying stocks. Trading, stock lists, and other menus sometimes unresponsive and not being automatically updated. There were couple times when I made a deposit to my account, and weren't being updated with the newest balance so I missed my bidding time. Please do something about these issues. Thank you.

Forgot my password then reset but never successful until i remember again my password. Now resetting my forgotten pin takes forever just to receive the OTP. Both apps and websites are sucks.

Major problems of this app: 1. Always request to input the password and PIN.. again.. and again.. again. 2. Sometimes it hard to get the price match (buy or sale), although the price was actually the running price. 3. I can't Void or amend if I want to change the orders. Actually it's very difficult and I had to try so many time in order to change one order... Waste my time!!

Can't complete registration, stuck on video verification. Can't retake video verification, stuck. Must repeat registration process from the very first step because of that. So you must sure that when you take your video registration it is the right one. If not, you must repeat the whole process. Even after You can proceed to the next step after video verification, do not go back to video verification step again. If you go back there, you cant proceed to next step even if the next step button not disabled. Want to register, but these problem made me became less interest. Device Model : Xiaomi Redmi Note 5

I was recommended by my friend to use this application, but the service of the support group is really bad. I have issue when forgot the password and have to reset the security question. It was a really nightmare even only to reach the call center, it is always busy. The response to my email is another disaster. I have completed all documents needed and sent thru email, but nothing happened until today (almost 1 week).
