    There are 2 things irritating. On alert screen you can select motion detected, IR (PIR) or all activites. If I select All Alerts it still only gives motion detection alerts. Even if I stand in the yard at night. Also there is a icon on the viewing screen left side that looks like a side view of a headlight. When you push it all in does in start a 5 second countdown timer...help

    Very poor app. No way to stop start video that is if you can get it to playback. Many clips cannot be seen as don't load into app from SD card. Sits at 0% then eventually skips to next clip which does the same etc. Occasionally get told card not working or similar and to buy cloud storage but cannot stop thinking the app is programmed to try to sell me the storage which I don't want. All I see is that many requested 'features' will be added in future. Wish there was another app for this camera

    Have had the app for over a year, as well as a Victure PC530 camera. App has been buggy but tolerable. About 2 weeks ago, added cloud storage. Cloud service has been quite poor. The last several days have been awful. Nothing stored in the cloud for hours at a time. Camera offline, close app 3 or 4 times, to view my elderly father, camera comes back online. Have to do this many times daily. Cloud service has especially been an issue. Can't really count on this system.

    This app worked okay until the recent update and suddenly I was being told there was no memory card in the camera, have changed card and reset several times but still no card detected and app won't allow camera time to view any settings relating to card, but does however constantly pushes cloud storage, since update app only interested in selling cloud storage than operating as it should do. Very poor. So far had no comment from the developer, I wonder why. Avoid buying any camera that uses it

    So now we have had the GMT change to +1 hour, the camera has stopped recording all together. If I leave it on the wrong time it will record an hour before. Uninstalled and no change. Deleted the camera and no change. Checked the TF card and no change. Now its as good as useless if it won't record and when it does its the wrong time!!!!

    This app is absolutely shocking! Set to continuously record onto my memory card, yet can't watch things back unless it's sensed movement, which half the time is a bit of wind. But when there is actually movement it doesn't record. Constantly signs me out of the app even though nobody else has access to it so have to sign in every time I open it. Cameras are good but this app completely let them down. Only had these for 24 hours and if I still had the box I would be returning them.

    The cameras are good for the money The app is awful. Set times for the motion alerts and they just go off constantly. Would be nice of you could select the amount of time that's recored before and after the motion detection. Should be able to select in the field of view where motion is detected to reduce the amount of alerts if you live on a busy road like I do. I'm almost at the point of returning the 2 cameras just because off the app its poor to say the least needs a revamp being honest.

    Camera is great. App newest one has all sorts of weird issues. Quits at Random, camera audio from the microphone goes dead at random, if you haven't used app for a minimum of 10 minutes, it makes you log in again. I cleared cache, stopped/restarted, uninstalled/rebooted phone/reinstalled. Makes no difference, still acts badly. Can't recommend. They do respond to emails, but app just needs more stability work. Multi-camera view at same time would be nice. Phone running Android 9.

    ***UPDATE***I was forced to change password for WiFi to keep neighbors from draining the internet. Now unable to connect camera at all. I've got a yearly subscription w/the cloud, can subscription tranfer to another camera I already have that works? When I deleted to re-add did I lose my cloud storage subscription? Unable to re-add camera after changing the password cause now the device can't be found. I've tried wireless & connected to modem.

    Having same issues with camera as previous post (M. E. 3/24/2021) the app after awhile will randomly not recognize SD card that is in the camera, and the sound disappears randomly as well. I keep restarting app, clear the cache, restart camera using the app, but nothing works. The only solution is an extreme hassle which is to go outside climb a ladder and manually restart the camera to finally be able to reconnect to the app. I agree it would've been great to have multi view function.

    Stopped letting me view recorded footage on memory card this weekend, Saturday afternoon. Don't tell me to manually sync to timezone. Doesn't work. Tried a different card, formatted it, reset camera etc Still works on ipad but not my android phone. And now it's working, have another star

    This used to work perfectly, it's now virtually useless cameras won't load, when they do they're so laggy they can't be used effectively and app keeps crashing.... Can we have old version available until you fix this as currently my home has zero surveillance!!! .... Answers please!!

    Had this camera since aug 19. Never had a issue until I had to upgrade my internet to 5g. I am aware this camera is only compatible with 2.4g, so my internet provider separated my connection so I can access 2.4g for this. However, it still would not connect. I ended up deleting my account and tried to re add the camera. To no joy!

    A few days ago I bought another camera, exactly the same one that I already have and happy with BUT... For some reason I can't connect to the other camera. Can I have just one? Even though I saw people having multiple cameras. Could you please help me out? Ps: I checked my WiFi, it is 2.4g, rebooted and restarted everything but nothing.

    Reviewing footage is a joke. You have to go by minute and watch the ENTIRE minute if you wanna catch a 2 second clip. If it messes up or crashes (like it constantly does) you have to rewatch the same exact minute all over again. Constantly buffers even with 5G service or WiFi.

    The camera is great but the app is very bad. Every time I open the app i will need to login twice. I didn't purchase the cloud and have used the SD card to store the videos. However, I keep getting an error message regarding the SD card and not able to get a response from the technical support. Update: Finally able to reach the technical support. Problem solved. Give back 3 ⭐ because the camera is really great.

    Really good camera for the money, I would recommend the three leads from the camera should be different lengths to enable easier fitting through a wall, the power cable and re-set could be two or three inches longer than the wifi cable connector,

    I've had this app for about a year. I have never been pleased with this app. Unfortunately, this is what I have to use for Victure cameras. First, it takes forever to load. When I need it to works it doesn't. It just keeps loading. Second, I needed to keep videos for security purposes and all of them were deleted when I only tried deleting one. Third, the play freezes constantly and no it's not my WiFi connection. I will never purchase another victure camera because of this app!

    After upgrading to I could no longer see any of the videos for the alarm events recorded on the TF card. Eventually I restarted the cam from the app. Then it all started working again. Please pop up a warning after upgrade to do that. The only thing that bugs me right now is that if I leave the phone for a few minutes, then I have to log in again. Although it is automatic, it takes some time and I do not have immediate access to the camera. Please fix this.

    I came home to my camera blinking red light (not working) then hv spent 3hrs changing and recharging my password 3xs..still get password incorrect message while its booting up. There us NO screenshot it's a message from the camera itself🀯! I've restarted, and unplugged everything and then the camera 'ding dongs' then a message-" password error"!! Frustrated!! Tried 5xs fix your update or refund our money!!!!

    Fixed some bugs, stops app working. Uninstalled app, tried to load again.... Get as far as logging in. But then tells me to choose a region, click on UK, try to sign in, but it throws me out of the app. Everytime!! Not happy. That's not very good. I now have a camera that I cannot use because there is a glitch with the app.

    I think the cameras I bought work just fine now that I understand I really needed to buy the cloud to get any real quality out of it. I just would like to use it on my laptop too. But yes I do recommend these for the price, and really the cloud isn't that much, about $30 for 12 months.

    Bad app! It doesn't keep the settings saved , especially the motion detection, making the camera totally useless! As I purchased the cameras on Amazon, I will give the same review, so others won't waste their $$ in an useless product

    After the previous update last week I was able to view alerts from the tf card. Until last night, now I can't even get the camera to recognise the tf card is in place. Constant pop ups try to sell the cloud storage service is annoying, I want the onboard tf card to work and not extra expense subscribing to the service. I have followed your advice and now red light stays on, can't get it to flash, now the camera won't work at all. Followed instructions and now nothing at all. Useless!

    Update: I rated this application 1 before. Now I am changing my review to 4. I'll explain- I couldn't get to view videos saved on sd card, I couldn't view the videos also on my phone because it would not load. Now I have figured things out. First set your region to China no matter where you are. This will help in loading the videos faster. Second- turn on ONVIF. this will decrypt the videos saved. What this means is that you can now view the images downloaded to the sd card.

    App says more than one user can be logged in...not true. We are supposed to be getting notifications when the camera is triggered. We only get one or two then we open the app and see that it has been triggered 40 times. The app also looks different on other phones. The camera is great but the app is terrible.

    I love this camera. Plus Amazon has these packages where u pay $3-$10 a mnth an it saves clips of your footage. It's really sensitive. Snow sets it off. Sometimes it wont let u in the app u have to exit out an then go back to the app. It takes a few mins to look at the saved footage in the app. But it does its job.

    Set the camera up wired. All worked fine. Trying to set it up wirelessly. And the app resets my phone when it comes to putting in my WiFi password. Running Android 11. Not happy!

    Slow, constant errors, drops tons of frames and is generally unoptimized. Update: still terrible. DO NOT BUY. Get a product that won't frustrate you with bad design and shoddy code. Update: the recent update has smoothed out a lot of the issues this app was suffering. Added a star, may add more if it keeps up.

    Plenty of issues... 1.I don't see playback option.. 2.If I log into two different Phone.. The existing one gets logged out.. I can only remain logged with one device at a time. Is this what the app support or a glitch? 3. Videos get recorded in H624, not sure which ap supports it. Note I haven't purchased cloud but I do have inserted a memory card.

    I've been using it for 2 years now and have been really impressed. Only issues I've had have been when the clocks change (needed to be changed manually in app) And when changing router (phone needs to be in earshot of camera)

    It's ok. Camera itself works fine and exactly as described but this accompanying app could use improvement. You'll need to turn off your phone's sleep mode to keep the app/camera view from closing and logging you out. Would probably work better on pc.

    SD card is NOT working properly! 😑 I've done everything I can. When I view an alert, it shows a black screen! 😑 I'm about ready to purchase a while new system with a more reliable company /store. The time zone is stupid! Military time, really!?? OK that worked! Thanks!

    About as much use as a chocolate teapot! Cannot forward (skip)to a recorded incident. Download speeds are dreadful if you are on WiFi and using a (fast) SD card

    Great I recommend it to any one that has lil kids to get it for thier room. You can see them and talk to them. Pic is clear and sound is nice too. It was only 70$ for 2 cameras on amazon.

    Having issues with encryption logging in. Can get the initial log in to camera, but app basically freezes when it is supposed to ask for secondary password. Please fix, as it started after latest update 2 days ago.

    Fair play to the devs. Switch off, remove SD card, leave five mins, reinsert. Job done. All ok again. Just hope the hitches aren't too frequent, as my camera is 10ft above the ground on the side of the house..! Thanks for the help πŸ‘

    I love the camera and use to live the app until I paid for the cloud but nothing is recording..I have it set to record all night and nothing...and I cant just press the record button cuz once my phone shuts off it stops...what is the point if I cant record all day when I'm gone..I set it in just motion still no recording unless im press the record button which if I'm not at home how do I know to record...

    Your duckling app keeps forgetting my password!!!!! Will you fix it!!!! Totally unreliable. If you want to monitor your babies room with this app DON'T, it just times out and stops feeding video and audio.

    Not great, not the worst. Image quality average. Easily trigerred by birds, rain and insects etc, despite being on lowest sensitivity setting. Alarms well and loud if we walk underneath.

    Awesome camera, the app SUCKS! The app freezes if I look at the camera more than three times in a day. I have to restart my phone to log back into the camera. Like other people said, the app will also sometimes just show a black screen and I have to try and log back in. I wish the camera could be used w/out the app! My app says up to date with tech and I have unplugged and re-plugged the camera in.

    I bought these cameras to keep watch over my Mother but the app is crashing constantly now which makes the camera's useless. She has end stage alzheimer's & I rely on these to be able to be in the kitchen doing lunch etc and watch incase she tries to get out of bed. 5/1/21 - reinstalled app 5 times due to constant crashing. Waste of time. 18/01/21 - Only fair to update - they seem to have done something to the app which appears to be working again after months of uselessness. Fingers crossed.

    The actual camera is great. The IPC360 software is lousy. Constantly have to restart the video feed. I have read all instructions, I have a 64gb SD card installed, set to continuously record, but CAN NOT figure out how to view any playback. Very frustrating. Will competitive software work with my camera?

    Edit: NONE of this has been fixed, you clearly don't care, nor listen to your customers. AND WORSE, now the app no longer functions properly as a pop-up window. Fix your software. -- Your camera app is poorly designed. It has all these frills to look fancy and hightech but the camera viewer force closes back to the camera list consistently and if my baby dies because of your failed camera app you're going to have a hell of a lawsuit on your hands. Fix your app.

    I am trying to watch/playback footage from last month. (In the settings, I selected the option to store recordings for 30 days). I went to the calendar, and selected the date that I want to watch. But, it won't load. And it skips back to the current date/time. I also tried scrolling over to the date, by using the time bar at the bottom. But, it stalls and still won't play! It keeps bringing me back to today's date! Am I doing something wrong??! Please help!

    Started good enough, not perfect, but fine for my use and the price of the cameras. A few weeks ago the app stopped recording on SD cards in all 4 of my cameras. As it's all of them at the same time, it must be the app. Is it a not so clever ruse for me to buy cloud storage? I tried contacting the app provider a few times, but got no response. Very disappointing.

    Bought 3 cameras, but recording to sd card does not work. The blue line appears in playback after many hours, but it is just freezing. The data is saved, I can see it on pc, but cannot play. The cloud storage works but not as expected (the time is shifted). Support does not reply. I think the developers have screwed up the time zoning, but there is no quality check. Will return the cameras.

    The camera is pretty good. The app is terrible and makes me want to purchase a new one. It freezes my phone constantly, makes me sign out and sign back in everytime I click on the app and right in the middle of talking through the camera is will mute.     The camera is good but the app is horrible. The app would sign me out periodically which is annoying cause I want to be able to see and here my child without any interuption. And the app does not work on my my acer Chromebook. Not understanding, I am connected to a local wifi, its mine which is spectrum. You,re answer is not helpful.

    App Support Contact does not respond. Update: App continues to get worse and worse. Connection timeout, connection issues, unable to connect to server, unable to change between cameras without having to completely close out of the app. I wish we would have bought different cameras. Camera has good vision and great audio. The app however sucks, frequently. It shuts down on it's own, won't allow access from a computer/laptop without setting up additional passwords.

    Like many others I have to agree the app is awful. doesn't show the correct time for playback even though time is correct for live stream. often only plays back the previous days recordings, not earlier that day. So if I want to view last nights alerts I have to wait until tomorrow to do so. Very glitchy. Camera itself is fine.

    The camera is nice and clear BUT here's all the things wrong with this. My biggest concern is picture in picture function! It would be way more USEFUL if I could constantly keep and eye on my camera even between switching Apps! Secondly the alerts aren't accurate! I keep getting alerts that there is movement but its nothing there so I just have to turn it off. Also whenever I try to take my cameras with me and use Xfinity wifi it will not let me unless I'm literally at home using my own wifi πŸ‘Ž

    Works fine for me when I'm on wifi. Won't work off wifi. Can't find the camera even though it's setup properly. App keeps closing for my wife. She has to keep reopening the stream it won't stay on for her. But my phone will go until the battery is dead. Also it's annoying to have to tell it everytime I open the app that I don't want cloud hosting.... Can you do something about that?

Ability to minimize screen and be able to access other apps while this app is still running..much like youtube, maps, and netflix. 2. Have an option to be able to turn off my screen and still hear audio from the camera.

    Always crashing. App closes by itself. When I check an alert, it shows video from hours before instead of video for the alert, always shows just day, even when the alert is at night ( I check my alerts as soon as I get them). Only records if the app is open. Camera is great, it's the app that needs a lot of help

    So i see this app is for different cameras...the cameras works fine...its the app that sucks really bad...to connect sometimes its good...and sometimes I totally have to reset the cameras again yo connect and work...and sometimes after it does connect right after in the app it says not online....I just connect like come on...fix the app!!!!

    Trying to navigate the timeline is rubbish. Accurate only to the minute, and that's IF you manage to select the right one without the sliding timeline control skipping to one you don't want. Awful app. Only gets 2 stars because it technically works.

    OUR CAMERA WAS HACKED!! We always keep our camera turned away and facing up until we're using it (just because). One night we were sitting on the couch watching TV and the camera turned and went down and faced us directly it also had the red flashing light like it was recording!! Was not like it was resetting or anything because I know what that's like. So creepy!! We took it down immediately.

    There is no other choice to switch off the night vision mode. When checking the videos its always buffering. No other option to adjust the contrast or brightness. Please update the camera and the app.πŸ‘

    Very good app, with loads of different options for settings on the camera. Video footage is clear and alerts are very good. I would give it a full 5 stars, if there was an option to fast forward or rewind the recorded video footage.

    Great when it works! Too many issues to make it a good camera. Black screen when trying to access live stream. App said encryption error so I deleted the camera and now it won't reconnect at all!!!

    App is working fine. There is possibility to take pictures, videos, speak and listen and remote control of camera. Camera notifies you if movement noticed and sends you a video of the event. For video you need to insert a micro sd card.

    Evenings does not connect to server. No camera access till morning. Most of the time Bangalore. India. No soft reset button on App. New configuration. reset button can't be accessed without old WiFi network. Even after entering password in app. Camera does not move downwards to press reset button for new WiFi network Nor has soft reset button on app!!!

    The app won't stay connected. the video looks great but I can't synchronize the time or the app crashes. when it does connect I only receive 10 to 12 KB thus it's hit and miss with the audio.

    Can not send feedback so i will post on here "unreliable app... if i was getting robbed "security the reason i bought this camra" 1 i would have the wait jus under a minute to get to the point were the alert was activated 2 take long time over 20seconds to get in the app add see live image to check no intruders are present 3 on my android phone sometimes it doesn't even so someone walking past my window but yet on my iPhone it pick it up not only clearer image but the person that alerted it 4 al

    The app won't let me connect to the camera. Ever since I updated my router to a 5g/2.4ghz dual band router, it doesn't understand that there's a 2.4ghz connection... It only sees the 5g and won't connect.... Is there a way I can use this camera still?

    Black screen when trying to access pre-recorded videos in the APP. Sometimes it loads but it will be like 1 in 20 videos. I can see videos are there it's just trying to get them seen from the app not possible. Original made in China electronic items are totally rubbish.

    Always worked fine, had it a year or two and connects fine at home WiFi or out on 4g. Moves camera as it should through 360Β° and sound is clear. Can switch quality to save data.

    Really happy with this, very clear picture, good sound & great value for money. Just remember to change the gmt settings from +1 to +0 when the clocks go forward or back to keep your settings up to date.

    Playback not working fix? After uninstalling and trying older versions which still did not work. Went into settings set timezone and pressed sync, alerts at the moment are at last working again.
