Customers use Intralinks VIA as a secure and compliant system of engagement for content-centric work across enterprise boundaries – from flexible, ad hoc team collaboration to structured, large-scale processes.
Features:
• Synchronize your documents to Intralinks secure content services platform, making them available to you wherever you need to work – desktop, web or mobile.
• For a selected workspace: view and add the files, comment, manage members and Workspace properties
In addition, Intralinks VIA administrators can apply enterprise security policies:
• Block users from viewing and adding comments on workspaces.
Request that specific Intralinks VIA user accounts be blocked on mobile devices.
• Bank-grade security;
• Advanced plugin-free Information Rights Management defined by workspace owners at file/folder levels and admins as business group policy
• Real-time access logs
Works with your existing Intralinks VIA account.
