Interal Requests! is the ideal tool for any company that wants to efficiently handle service requests from its employees or customers.
The use of icons to direct the user in the development of their request makes Interal Requests! the most efficient tool on the market for quickly submitting a demand. This request can then be automatically sent to the person responsible for planning the work, or directly to the technician so that the intervention is done in a short time! In fact, Interal maintenance offers categorized standard tasks that already contain all the information for the processing that will follow: Request requiring approval? Direct sending of the request to a department? To a specific technician? Etc. Interal's standard tasks not only help the requester in his service requests, but also other stakeholders who handle hundreds or even thousands of records annually.
No need to know the architecture of the maintenance data, a simple navigation through the company tree view and a choice of intervention imaged by icons representative of all the possible situations brings you in a few seconds to the sending of the request. The work order can then be processed by Kompanion!, another star product of the Interal suite.
