Infraspeak Direct is the reporting interface of Infraspeak, an innovative maintenance management platform that increases team efficiency and reduces operating costs.
Staff and customers can report failures directly to those responsible for maintenance, without telephone calls or paperwork exchanged between departments.
Infraspeak Direct is the user interface to report failures, such as hotel housekeeping teams or technical assistance clients.
The complete Infraspeak platform also includes the Infraspeak Direct web interface, the web application for facility managers and the mobile application for technicians.
