One of the issue that users concern is unable to see the applied-in-progress leave applications status for employees to monitor their leave application whether being pending or approved or not. Always need to run the app 2 times in order for the app to allow the input of location, cannot automatically detect the location.

The program gets better and made access easier but the face recognition is still terrible. It took me more than 10-20 take before the photo is accepted even though I am in the same environment and same distance away from phone. As of Nov. 2021, the face recognition function still takes multiple time to recognize. No improvement.

Clock in and Clock out experience is a hit or miss experience, because sometimes I need to do troubleshooting on my network just for the app to function and needing to take off mask in public spaces just for clocking out. I wish to keep my masked on all the time, just to be safe.

Edited to add: Clunky! Don't like the system at all! The web app is also bad user experience. The "security" measures feel more like inconveniences than anything. For example, enforcing one tab only. There should be an option to automatically invalidate the other session then. Agree with the review that says to disable the fingerprint reminder pop up. It's very annoying to have that show up every time i open the app. Give users the option to decide whether to use fingerprint login.

To add details of child dob, good luck scrolling month by month and if your child is 21 years you're expected to press at least 20x12 months to come to the right year from mobile! So thoughtful of InfoTech!

Been trying to submit an misc claim for several attempts since 9 Oct (Sat), at first the apps keep loading to submit like forever... Tried again today, now it prompting saying no connection (when both data & wifi is on)!! Whats going wrong? Could someone help on this issue please! Thank you!
