Third class service, They don't know how to behave customer properly, not reply mail properly. for any solution you will get more delay & follow up lot, they want to cheat customer. We suggest never go any ICICI Swipe machine. If there is a negative mark then I can go for (-) 10 Star.

Worst service ever It doesn't have a zero star rating Customer care people communicate in such a rowdy way They charge you a lot of money unnecessarily Even after canceling the machine they keep charging you the monthly rental and annual maintenance charge When I had asked them to cancel everything I make the call their only reply is they will call back in 3-5 working days ...and asusal they never make

Not capable to clculate day to transaction and log out frequently have to login every time.. 2 rating of this app every time developer write comment, email us we will solve on prioprity basis. Ye bhi to write hai 1000 app review post main es app ko Excel karo, you are not child donot make us fool by disguising and making such comments on all reviews...

Worst service privider, deduct money everytime for the services which i have never opted. Never return money even if you will call for return they will cut your call in between & will never respond back

I'm very disappointed with IMS mobile because I want to change my bank a/c no. For pos swipe machine but I'm not able to do it in ims app or online You have to make the way to do it online & fastest way So improve that do something about it for satisfaction.

Worst service provider, all the tym they charge amt. For those services which I not needed. Can't receive any satisfaction answer when talk to RM, I think talk to RM was waste of tym and having icici service is wastage of money
