iMOB® Service Easy pour les techniciens itinérant d'iPRO®
Description
iMob® Service Easy est une application pour technicien itinérant qui s’installe sur tablette ou sur smartphone.
L’application permet aux mécaniciens itinérants de recevoir leurs missions, de compléter leurs ordres de réparation (OR ou OT) et de faire signer le client directement sur l’appareil mobile.
Les informations entrées par le technicien s’actualisent ensuite en temps réel dans le logiciel iPROFESSIONNAL® du concessionnaire ou de l’agent.
Attention cette application n’est compatible qu’avec le logiciel iPro®.
iMob® Service Easy is a mobile technician application that can be installed on tablet or smartphone.
The application allows itinerant mechanics to receive their missions, to complete their repair orders (OR or OT) and to have the client sign directly on the mobile device.
The information entered by the technician is then updated in real time in the iPROFESSIONNAL® software of the dealer or the agent.
Attention this application is only compatible with iPro® software.
